Debi Walker has been in the beauty industry for over 40 years. She is a licensed esthetician.

Since 1998, she has been a permanent makeup technician, instructor and was the founder of the Sacramento Permanent Cosmetic Institute. She has run a successful full service salon in Sacramento, CA for over 20 years.

Debi has performed thousands of procedures including eyebrows, eyeliner, full lip color, medical tattooing, scar camouflage and 3D areolas for breast cancer survivors.

She is a Certified Permanent Cosmetic Professional (CPCP) with the Society of Permanent Cosmetic Professionals (SPCP) and the American of Micro-pigmentation (AMM). She holds numerous certifications in every aspect of permanent cosmetics.

Debi has instructed hundreds of students to a successful career in permanent makeup.

Debi has now brought her talents to Prescott, AZ and her studio is now located in beautiful downtown Prescott.
