Hello! I’m Kelly and I am the community liaison for most of the former Good Samaritan Society facilities here in Prescott and Prescott Valley: Willow Wind Assisted Living, Prescott Village & Prescott Valley Nursing & Rehab, Prescott Village Retirement Community and Windsong Retirement Villas. I know that’s a lot of names to remember, but our services work great together! We offer adults care for all stages of their life, whether it’s home health, rehabilitation services, independent senior living, assisted living, long-term nursing care, plus short-term rehabilitation after an injury or illness.

As a community liaison who has worked locally in hospice, home health, senior and assisted living and now skilled nursing & rehab, I’ve learned a lot about this area and our services over the last 12 years.
